Terms of Service for AI Beauty

Welcome to AI Beauty, a mobile application developed and operated by PickerSoft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (AI Beauty) and any related services, including any subscriptions offered within the app (collectively, the "Service").


By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.


1. Acceptance of Terms

AI Beauty provides its Service to you, subject to the following Terms, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with these Terms.


2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Subscription Options

We offer various subscription options to access certain features of the Service. Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.


2.2 Payment and Renewal

Subscription fees will be charged to your payment method on file at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription and before the renewal of your subscription period. All subscriptions are automatically renewed until canceled. If we cannot charge your payment method for any reason (such as expiration or insufficient funds), you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts, and we may cancel your subscription.


2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for any subscription services already provided or partially provided.


3. Use of the Service

You agree not to use the Service to:


Upload or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.

Transmit viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PickerSoft and its licensors.


5. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service.
